At Stasis, our yoga community is rooted in support, connection, and care. Our semi-private yoga classes offer a welcoming space where everyone, from beginners to experienced students, can move, grow, and recharge at their own pace.
With mindful, safety-focused instruction, our teachers help you practice with confidence; even through injuries, limitations, or life’s ups and downs. Here, progress is celebrated, rest is honoured, and every journey is supported.

TYLER
Tyler is a 500-hour yoga and meditation teacher who brings a grounded, practical approach shaped by over twenty years in a physically demanding work feild. He teaches with a focus on awareness, functional movement, and nervous system regulation rather than how poses look. Tyler blends clear anatomical cueing with mindfulness, breathwork, and accessible options for all levels. His classes support mobility, strength, and stress relief for real, everyday life. Students leave feeling calm, centered, and more connected to their bodies and community.

LOUISA
With over 30 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching, Louisa brings a deeply intuitive, therapeutic approach to yoga. She’s known for her clear guidance and her ability to offer meaningful variations for every body and every moment. Drawing from her background in dance, Thai massage, and extensive yoga studies, Louisa teaches everything from gentle restorative to strength-building flow. Her goal is for students to leave feeling grounded, spacious, and empowered—no matter the style. Louisa is especially passionate about supporting students on their healing journeys through mindful movement, breathwork, and presence.
