CLASSIC (HATHA YOGA)

Hatha yoga consists of mostly standing postures (static) while focusing on gaining physical and mental strength. It helps to improve your mobility and range of motion while working on cardio and endurance. Learn how to connect movement to breath to keep your central nervous system calm and balanced. It is great for preparing the body for deeper practices like meditation.
