Jiu Jitsu is a complex martial art and can be overwhelming. This is why our multiple curriculums were designed specifically to simplify the learning process so one can fully experience the beauty of Jiu Jitsu as well as making sure every student, any age or level, feels confident that it is manageable and reachable for them.

In these programs, you will also be taught the key principles and concepts in a beginner friendly, easy to pick up way, that would otherwise take years to learn. These curriculums have been written, refined and tested on students over the years of Estefan’s teaching, competing and contemplation.

WHY ADD YOGA?

WHAT IS MISSING FROM MARTIAL ARTS IS RESTORE AND RECOVERY

Using yoga as a physical recovery allows you to focus on building a greater range of motion in the body as well as increasing flexibility, which can help with injury prevention. It aids in reducing next day soreness and burnouts as well as helping the body remain flexible and strong without adding stress to the joints, among many other physical benefits.

PREMIUM - JIU JITSU & YOGA

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Jiu Jitsu and Yoga. It was my first time participating in organized classes and I was warmly welcomed into a fantastic community and culture. Early in my training I suffered an injury outside of the school which I thought would prevent me from training. After some gentle encouragement and a combination of genuine understanding, care and attention to detail I was helped through this challenge and able to continue training to the point of healing better than I ever could have imagined. The way that Yoga and Jiu Jitsu compliment each other is a match made in heaven and you have access to two of the most dynamic and professional instructors in the area in one convenient location. I would recommend Estefan and Bianca's school to anyone and everyone looking for a great fitness culture that promotes community and personal development.

STASIS SELF DEFENSE

(BEGINNER PROGRAM)

BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF

The foundations of Jiu Jitsu bring you the ability to defend yourself and loved ones in the outside world. Our curriculum gives you the chance to develop the skill of correctly reacting at a moment’s notice, in order to physically protect yourself and those around you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This five leveled curriculum, begins with simple foundational techniques and slowly increases in it’s depth. By the end, your self-doubt will be minimized, your self-respect increased, and you will feel competent, strong and focused.

 

(Prerequisite to the Stasis Advanced Program)

STASIS ADVANCED PROGRAM

(INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED)

JOURNEY TO BLACK BELT

The basics of Jiu Jitsu are always to be practiced and improved upon. However, it is extremely important to continue to expand your knowledge and skill level. This program is for those who have completed the Stasis Self Defense program. This program is very in depth to help elevate you to levels you never thought possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This meticulously designed, intermediate to advanced program, covers concepts that would otherwise take years to figure out. It is taught in a very comprehensible way. The structure builds off of the fundamentals and grows into in depth teachings of the underlying principles of Jiu Jitsu.

This is why we have a member portal for each student that tracks your attendance, promotion dates, belt ranks and more. Accessing all this through your phone gives each student a more personalized Jiu Jitsu experience.

Learn the beautiful art of Jiu Jitsu in a class of all women. This will allow you to experience a more even playing field with other like minded individuals and will give you the chance to overcome your hesitations that may arise from traditional class structures.

A welcoming, fun environment aiming to elevate you to higher levels while focusing on culture and team building so that you can become excited to come back for every class.
